Of course! All seasonal fruits and olives are for you, our guests. We would be pleased that you too can try to make your own olive “extra vergine” oil, collecting the olives and bringing them to the mill!!
All pets are welcome; let's talk about it before!
In addition to the nearby Ostuni and Cisternino, near the farmhouse or rural houses there are supermarkets or food stores: they will be shown on your arrival.
Often the accesses are uncomfortable: it is always advisable to go up or down the stairs slowly; do not bring too many things in your hands. Please be careful. We decline all responsibility.
Due to our philosophy, there will be no TV: good books are a simple and profitable company; bring a PC if you would like to watch your movies.
We do not have transport service, but the public one. We can help in extreme cases (mail).
Any malfunction or failure will be under our responsibility and our pleasure to repair it; whether it is due to negligence or grave inattention we will charge the fee.
If you do not arrive by car, we highly recommend renting one.

The water of tank is usually rainwater, which is not potable: it is disinfected by amuchina, it can be used for washing yourself or for domestic use. Cook with water bottles that you will find in quantity, at your disposal.
Water is a precious good, especially where there is no piped water supply: please, do not waste it!
Children until 8 years old: free;
Children from 9 to 18 years old in additional beds in the parents' apartment, where possible: 50% off;
The accommodations in the farmhouse or the rural houses are always rented to the number of people who correspond to the minimum capacity; the minimum capacity is 2 people, except Motolese that can be 2 or 4 people, depending on the period.
Currently we do not accept credit cards.
Prices include: electricity, initial cleaning, bedclothes,cutlery, furniture, gas, firewood;
Prices exclude: towels, hair dryer, detergents.
The deposit, € 200,00 per accommodation/rural house, will be by check; in rare cases we will accept cash, anyway previously agreed upon it. (mail)
The payment of the whole stay will be on arrival.
In case of cancellation, the amount is fully refunded (20%) by sending an email within 15 days before your arrival. Otherwise there will not be refund.
You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours from receiving 20% of the total amount in advance; the calendar, then, will change its state from available to booked. For a faster confirmation, please send the payment receipt to email: your booking will be provisional until we receive the amount, however, valid for all purposes.
